Boxing fans are potentially set for a huge surprise as it's rumoured that Deontay Wilder, the Bronz Bomber, is considering to announce his return to boxing.
Wilder, who suffered two consecutive defeats by Briton Tyson Fury before which he had never lost a professional fight before in his life, indicated that he never really fully retired and always left the door open for a comeback.
Wilder, who spoke to boxing champions earlier last week, said he never really considered himself to be retired from the sport, but that he wanted time to gather thoughts and think of the best way forward.
He added: "It's not about the financial things, I never have to return to boxing ever again in my life. I've set my life up."
Wilder has 42 wins in his career, with 41 of those coming via knockout.
If Wilder does decide to get back into the ring, who do you think he should face next? Tyson Fury has officially retired from boxing and Wilder wouldn't have first dibs to fight him again. So should it be Anthony Joshua or Andy Ruiz Jr.? Discuss.
