The Arnhem gym AKSV Sandow has received the Keurmerk Vechtsportautoriteit. The gym meets all the requirements set by the Dutch Martial Arts Authority in the field of health, safety and codes of conduct. Amaan Mussani's gym provides lessons in kickboxing, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and fitness for young people and adults of all levels. From inexperienced beginners to (future) top athletes train in the same hall, all with their own ambitions.

The driving force behind our gym is world champion kickboxer Fred Royers. Initially, the concept of "elite sports" came first. That had to be the case with nine A-class kickboxers walking around here. But of course, we also need our youth and "nachwuchs" (youth development) and we are developing ourselves in terms of breadth to other combat sports for different target groups. We invest a lot in this. And so we have broadened our perspective. "Broader" thinking, combat sports and at the same time working hard but injury-free in the gym. Making combat sports accessible to an even larger group!

At PR-boxing Arnhem, we always train in small groups of up to 10 people. This makes our lessons ideal for recreational athletes, boys/girls, ladies and gentlemen aged 10 to 75. By learning various boxing techniques, you will stand firmer on your feet, improve your fitness, and also make your muscles a lot stronger! Are you curious? Then come along and get a feel for the atmosphere or even try a trial lesson right away.

Both in a sporting and personal capacity. The Boxing Academy is affiliated with the Dutch Boxing Association and also has the certificate for "safe and responsible fighting sports."

We are Aisha and Stacey, we started the AJJA Foundation in 2021 to introduce more Arnhemmers to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Meanwhile, this has grown into a fine team where everyone has different goals such as challenge, motivation, self-confidence, resilience and fitness building. With us you can join fitness but also group kickboxing classes of both punching bag and technique training. We are open 7 days a week. House of Champions is a fight academy for A and B fighters, with a longer term vision. We work together to build a career or further develop your career.
