Warrior Code offers you as a sports entrepreneur a free online app: Warrior Code Business. After an identity check, you can confirm your profile. Then you can immediately edit your business profile to your liking via the Warrior Code app. This makes it easier for potential new members to find your martial arts school (gym).

Search for your gym

Go to warriorcode.com and click "Gyms" in the top bar. Now you see a map with a search box at the top right. You can enter the name of your gym in the search box, or search using the map itself. Is your gym not listed? Please send an e-mail to support@warriorcode.com.

Once you have found your gym, click on the name to open the gym profile. At the bottom of the page, you will find a button to claim your profile. You will have to be logged in for this, so if you're not logged in, you will be asked to create an account or sign in.

Completing your organization profile

After claiming your gym, you will see a screen where you can enter the following in five steps:
- the name of your gym (required)
- a short description to make your gym easily findable by text (required)
- a logo and an header image (optional)
- information about your location (required)

To make sure that you're the legitimate owner of this business, we will verify your identity. In the final step, you will see a button to start the verification process. The verification process works by sending a letter will then be sent to your gym's postal address.

AWAITING verification and get started

After about two working days, your profile will be verified. If we need additional information we will contact you. Once your profile is verified can you login into organization.warriorcode.com. Here you will find a dashboard screen where you can see how far you are in completing your profile.

Now you can enter your training offer and what facilities are available for visitors.

Add events

It is also possible to further complete your profile with information about events you are organising, which will then appear in our events overview.

A button is available in your dashboard to view your profile as visitors of Warrior Code see it.
