Alexa Grasso and Valentina Shevchenko left fans on the edge of their seats in their highly anticipated flyweight championship rematch. The main event, a grueling and closely contested affair, ended in a split draw, casting a shadow of controversy over Grasso's championship victory.

For 25 intense minutes, Grasso and Shevchenko engaged in a back-and-forth battle that had the audience enthralled. The climactic moment arrived in the fifth round when Grasso managed to secure a late rear-naked choke, a submission that Shevchenko valiantly defended until the final horn sounded. As the scorecards were unveiled, the tension in the arena reached its peak. Judge Sal D’Amato scored the fight 48-47 in favor of Shevchenko, while judge Junichiro Kamijo saw it 48-47 for Grasso.  The decisive vote came from the third official, Mike Bell, who scored the contest 47-47, resulting in the unexpected split draw. Controversy erupted when it was revealed that Bell had awarded a 10-8 score for the fifth round to Grasso, leading to the 47-47 scorecard. Shevchenko, typically composed and stoic, was visibly upset by the outcome, passionately declaring that she deserved to be celebrating her second UFC championship reign.


In a heart-pounding showdown at Noche UFC, Australian welterweight sensation Jack Della Maddalena secured a split decision victory over veteran Kevin Holland, solidifying his status as a rising star in the UFC. The judges' scorecards read 29-28 in Della Maddalena's favor on two cards, while one dissented with a 29-28 verdict for Holland. The outcome left fans divided, reflecting the intense nature of the battle that unfolded inside the T-Mobile Arena.

The fight was a striking clinic, with both fighters showcasing their skills on the feet. Della Maddalena took control with a barrage of leg kicks and relentless pressure. While Holland held his own and displayed remarkable resilience, Della Maddalena's cleaner, more significant strikes ultimately swayed the judges in his favor. With this victory, Della Maddalena maintains his perfect record in the UFC, boasting an impressive 6-0 record inside the octagon and an astounding 15-fight winning streak in his professional MMA career


 Daniel Zellhuber defeated Christos Giagos by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28) in a lightweight bout. Zellhuber showcased his striking skills and toughness, as he outlanded Giagos with his punches and kicks. Giagos tried to take Zellhuber down and control him on the ground, but Zellhuber defended well and got back up every time.


In a bantamweight bout, Raul Rosas Jr. knocked out Terrence Mitchell in the first round with a vicious left hook. Rosas Jr. displayed his speed and power, as he caught Mitchell with a counter punch that sent him to the canvas. Rosas Jr. followed up with some hammer fists to seal the deal.

Amateur fighter Shane Wright only needed seven seconds to pick up his second win Sunday at Fury FC 83 in Tulsa, Okla.

In a welterweight bout on the event’s preliminary card, Wright folded and finished opponent Houston Nole in lightning-fast time to add an all-time highlight to his reel. A right hand started the violent beating and some ground-and-pound shots finished it.

The win snapped a two-fight losing skid for Wright, while Nole falls to 0-2 in his amateur career. Nole was knocked out in 24 seconds in his amateur debut.
