In March 2019, we opened our own sports center in the heart of Amsterdam. Our goal is to make as many women and children as possible more resilient, so that they can go through life with a safe and confident feeling. In addition to our self-defense lessons, you can also come to us for high-quality personal training. You will also find various entrepreneurs at our location who are active in the massage, health and beauty industry.

At Mejiro Gym Amsterdam you can find an all-round kickboxing training at amateur level as well as on a professional level. During this course you’ll learn the famous ‘Mejiro-style’. Next to that we offer a kickbox training that is accessible for everyone: young & old, man & woman, beginners & experienced. Kickboxing offers an endurance work-out, prevents stress, helps to loose weight, build up your confidence, adjusts your posture and expression and brings body and mind back together. All trainings are held in a healthy and responsible way.

Spallys is the place to be in Amsterdam for technically challenging and especially fun (personal) kickboxing training. The martial art has become increasingly popular in recent years and is now offered at many gyms as a group lesson. At Spallys, we offer group training and personal kickboxing training at our kickboxing studio in Amsterdam East. In addition to making you physically and mentally stronger, kickboxing is also a lot of fun! So when are we going to work together?

Boogieland [Kick] Boxing Club is the newest and sweetest club in Amsterdam North! Boogieland opens the fascinating world of real kickboxing and boxing, without rooster behavior or black eyes but with challenging training and a great atmosphere.
