Since 1984, the kickboxing club Maeng-Ho has been a well-known name in Breda. Our sports club is open to anyone who wants to learn the finer points of kickboxing, compete in contests, or just work on their fitness. The atmosphere at our gym is friendly, but we train hard. Everyone is challenged at their own level to get the best out of themselves. There are different types of lessons: a mixed group, a group for children, and a special women-only ladies group.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gracie Jiu-Jitsu) is a practice-adapted version of traditional Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. Because the techniques are not based on strength and speed, it is possible to defend yourself against a stronger and larger person. This makes it a very suitable system of self-defense for both men, women and children. In addition, you will improve your fitness level in a fun way and increase your self-confidence. Our focus is on self-defense first, but it is also possible to participate in competitions.
