Tabonon (Thai Boxing North East Netherlands) is the largest martial arts school in the East of the Netherlands with 67 employees spread over 3 locations. Tabonon offers kickboxing, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), grappling and BJJ. Yoga, strength training and personal training are also offered. Tabonon also offers in-house training as a martial arts teacher (CIOS) and a module the kick of kickboxing (Calo, Windesheim). Tabonon also provides psychomotor therapy, various workshops and children's parties.

Fight Academy Almelo is a sports academy specialized in Kickboxing. In addition to kickboxing, we offer various group classes. We have over 650m2 of which 450m2 (dojo) training space equipped with special sports mats, 26 punching bags, an Olympic boxing ring, sauna, cardio and strength equipment. We have a cozy canteen and separate locker rooms (men / women) with shower facilities. Sportcentrum Enschede is a modest gym in Enschede. Due to the size of our club, a cozy and homely atmosphere prevails. Various group classes will be offered throughout the week, including bodypump, abs quarter, street dance and much more. Our location has many advantages, such as personal guidance, luxury showers, sauna, and free use of a locker. Unique to our club is the option to book an optional sports massage to complete your experience. Of course, there is a cozy lounge area to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee or a shake. Nossa academia em Enschede está equipada com um belo Dojo com 30 sacos de pancada, um ringue de boxe para competições, uma bela academia completa e uma sala de dança/ioga. Temos um grande grupo de lutadores de competição que competem regularmente no país e no exterior. A Angelogym se concentra não apenas em atletas de competição, mas também em atletas recreativos. Para esses, temos aulas especiais que não envolvem sparring. Essas aulas se concentram principalmente em resistência e técnica. Em princípio, não há risco de lesões. On May 18, 2021, we were able to use our facility for the first time ever! We remain positive and are convinced that Centurion Sports has become one of the most beautiful sports clubs in Twente despite everything. Em março de 2020, iniciamos a construção de nossa nova academia. Infelizmente, além do atraso na construção devido ao não cumprimento de compromissos por parte das empreiteiras, o coronavírus também atingiu você. A academia deveria ter sido inaugurada em 1º de setembro de 2020. Em 18 de maio de 2021, pudemos usar nossas instalações pela primeira vez! Continuamos positivos e estamos convencidos de que, apesar de tudo, a Centurion Sports se tornou uma das melhores academias de Twente.

Acreditamos que o Jiu-Jitsu e o grappling de submissão podem ter um grande impacto.
