Aikido-Almere

Aikido is a self-defense art suitable for young and old, men and women. You train together and at the same time for yourself at your own pace and according to your own ability. As a student of Aikido-Almere you follow the lessons in the Dojo on the Amsterdamweg in Almere-Stad. There are 4 lessons per week for youth, adults and combined lessons. The students also follow internships in our dojo but also at other dojos. During these internships, (inter)nationally renowned Aikidoka's teach. At the same time you become a member of Aikidovereniging Seika-No-Itten. Through this association we are a member of Aikido Bond Nederland and NOC/NSF. The association provides aikido supplies (such as suits and weapons) and organizes fun gatherings. Do you want to get acquainted with Aikido? Register for a free trial lesson.

Aikido Zwolle

Our dojo is open to young and old, to beginners, as well as to people who have done martial arts before – whether it is judo, jiu-jutsu, tai-chi, bagua, karate, (kick/thai) boxing or taekwando. You are welcome if you just want to train regularly with a nice group of people – or if you want to learn what mind and body coordination really means. What does blending (merging) the power (energy) of yourself and the other actually mean? How do you develop a martial body & mind? Why and how do certain techniques work better than others?
