We are a Judo club for everyone. At Almere Maru you can practice judo at a recreational level but also if you want to compete. It remains that we continue to promote honesty but also sporting behavior. It is a club for children and adults with or without disabilities. We find it important that the children learn the techniques in a playful way and have fun in judo. With judo you take care of each other, you also practice judo with all children (big small or with a disability). You also learn social and motor skills here, judo is therefore an aid, in which we try to develop the social and motor skills. This will also allow you to experience personal growth.

Aikidojo Poort is the association for aikido in Almere Poort. Aikido is a Japanese martial art that was developed over a hundred years ago. With aikido you learn to defend yourself with techniques instead of aggression and you develop control of your body in a relaxed way. We organize aikido lessons in Almere Poort for youth and adults.
