The driving force behind our gym is world champion kickboxer Fred Royers. Initially, the concept of "elite sports" came first. That had to be the case with nine A-class kickboxers walking around here. But of course, we also need our youth and "nachwuchs" (youth development) and we are developing ourselves in terms of breadth to other combat sports for different target groups. We invest a lot in this. And so we have broadened our perspective. "Broader" thinking, combat sports and at the same time working hard but injury-free in the gym. Making combat sports accessible to an even larger group!

Sam Lung Martial Arts is a school specializing in self-defense and martial arts for young and old. We are an approved training company, are VA accredited and have FOG LMA-A status. We offer courses, workshops, ongoing classes, private lessons and lectures in verbal and physical defenses, krav maga, systema, taekwondo, hapkido, taijutsu (ninjutsu), muaythai boxing, pencak silat, eskrima and pangamot.
