For us, aikido is a martial art or rather an art of living in development. We see aikido as part of evolution. The search for harmony and clarity in dealing with resistance and conflict. This also includes the development of courage and decisiveness where necessary. The form is the joint practice of aikido techniques, in addition to mindfulness meditation.
