At Kickboks Academy Tilburg you can choose from our extensive range to achieve your personal goals. Young and old, professionals and hobbyists, training at competition level or to get fit(ter), everything is possible and always under the right guidance.

Team Smits is a young and talented team that was founded in April 2008. Team Smits is located in Tilburg and has a number of youth and senior fighters. Fun is central to us. For competitions, we have special competition training, sparring training, and pads training. Do you want to work on your fitness and learn boxing techniques as well? Lessons are given every day except Sunday. Both recreational and competition fighters are welcome with us. We offer Muay Thai lessons from the age of 4 and MMA lessons from the age of 6. You can also come to us for 1 on 1 guidance, children's parties, boxing bag, kids self-defense, and personal training. Keep an eye on our timetable for new lessons regularly. Brasa Team Holland provides training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Grappling. Brasa Team Holland is part of the international team of Brasa, headquartered in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). Brasa Team Holland is under the guidance of FELIPE COSTA, three-time world champion. With us you can practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and grappling as a self-defense sport in exclusively recreational form, but also as a competitive sport by participating in matches at (inter-) national tournaments. Classes generally aim to train fitness, endurance and techniques, with the goal of improving health and enabling the person to actually defend themselves on the street.

Whether it's Kickboxing, MMA, Krav Maga, Boxing, or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, there is an experienced trainer within each discipline who can make you more resilient both physically and mentally. With us, there are no big egos, this does not fit with our vision of how we want to open the gym to the public and our members. Boksing Tilburg is a household name as a (Kick)Boxing school in Tilburg. An authority when it comes to martial arts, personal training and group lessons. For young and old and for men and women!

As a member of an official JJF training location, you are allowed to train at all JJF training locations in the Netherlands. Seminars (guest lessons) are organized that you can participate in, and twice a year, a central training session is held at Papendal for all JJF members. During the central training, belt promotions are also conducted by JJF head coach Mathieu Peters, the first Dutch BJJ Black Belt. All our BJJ and MMA fighters are free members of the JJFIA! The JJFIA provides the gym with a well-balanced training program, curriculum, and coaching courses, ensuring that we can optimally guide and train all athletes. As a member, you have access to the JJFIA website, where you can find hundreds of technique videos, belt promotion requirements, home workouts, discounts for seminars, free participation in central training sessions, and free participation in the technique exam for your next belt.

We believe that if you mix fun with sports, you'll be able to keep it up longer. Positivity is key here. If you have a positive attitude, it makes everything easier and more enjoyable. This doesn't mean that everything will always be easy or that you won't sometimes lack motivation and be tired, but staying positive gives you the strength to keep going and continue enjoying what you're doing.

Since 1984, the kickboxing club Maeng-Ho has been a well-known name in Breda. Our sports club is open to anyone who wants to learn the finer points of kickboxing, compete in contests, or just work on their fitness. The atmosphere at our gym is friendly, but we train hard. Everyone is challenged at their own level to get the best out of themselves. There are different types of lessons: a mixed group, a group for children, and a special women-only ladies group.
