Mousid Gym is een kleinschalige kickboxgym in Amsterdam Oost met veel persoonlijke aandacht voor onze klanten. Wij zijn al vele tientallen jaren actief met het trainen van wedstrijdvechters. In deze jaren hebben wij vele tientallen A-klassers gecreëerd die landelijk en internationaal vele titels hebben gehaald. In de afgelopen jaren zijn een aantal vernieuwingen binnen onze gym doorgevoerd. Naast de wedstrijdvechters hebben wij veel focus gelegd op nieuwe trainingen voor recreanten, zaktrainingen, personal trainingen, dames lessen en jeugdlessen. Mousid gym is niet uitsluitend voor wedstrijdvechters maar wil hiermee ook recreanten met een ander trainingsdoel (conditieverbetering, afvallen, fit worden, recreatief kickboxen, etc.) verder helpen met dezelfde manier van lesgeven.
