Tabonon (Thai Boxing North East Netherlands) is the largest martial arts school in the East of the Netherlands with 67 employees spread over 3 locations. Tabonon offers kickboxing, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), grappling and BJJ. Yoga, strength training and personal training are also offered. Tabonon also offers in-house training as a martial arts teacher (CIOS) and a module the kick of kickboxing (Calo, Windesheim). Tabonon also provides psychomotor therapy, various workshops and children's parties.

Fight Academy Almelo is a sports academy specialized in Kickboxing. In addition to kickboxing, we offer various group classes. We have over 650m2 of which 450m2 (dojo) training space equipped with special sports mats, 26 punching bags, an Olympic boxing ring, sauna, cardio and strength equipment. We have a cozy canteen and separate locker rooms (men / women) with shower facilities. Boksschool Zutphen offers boxing training in group classes for everyone aged 13 and up. Boxing classes emphasize technique, tactics, strength, speed and agility. We would like to introduce ourselves—we are Sven and Noor Festerling. Our shared passion is sports and movement. Sven works as a group leader & self-defense instructor at a forensic psychiatric clinic, and Noor is an ambulance nurse. We are incredibly proud to be the owners of Body&Mind Sports alongside our regular jobs. We believe that engaging in sports helps you feel better both physically and mentally. That’s why we chose the name of our gym: Body&Mind Sports.

Fit-Fight Dojo is a martial arts school that specializes in kickboxing. In addition to kickboxing, we have also started to focus on other martial arts-related training, including functional strength training. These training sessions are designed so that everyone can participate and get the most out of them.
