Team Smits is a young and talented team that was founded in April 2008. Team Smits is located in Tilburg and has a number of youth and senior fighters. Fun is central to us. For competitions, we have special competition training, sparring training, and pads training. Do you want to work on your fitness and learn boxing techniques as well? Lessons are given every day except Sunday. Both recreational and competition fighters are welcome with us. We offer Muay Thai lessons from the age of 4 and MMA lessons from the age of 6. You can also come to us for 1 on 1 guidance, children's parties, boxing bag, kids self-defense, and personal training. Keep an eye on our timetable for new lessons regularly.
