Fightingclub van Dams was founded 20 years ago by Lloyd van Dams. We offer (kick)boxing classes for all age groups and for all levels. It is possible for both competition fighters and recreational fighters to train several days a week. We offer kickboxing classes for all age categories and for all levels. Both for competition fighters and for recreational fighters it is possible to train several days a week at Fightingclub Lloyd van Dams.

Central Gym Utrecht is a family gym where the whole family can have fun and get fit under the guidance of highly skilled instructors.

For over 35 years we have been teaching kickboxing to youth and seniors in Houten. Open 7 days a week and training for all levels. A first trial lesson is always free. Train on the punching bag with or without fitness circuit or join a group Kickboxing class. In the group class, you will go through controlled boxing and kicking techniques with a partner and alternate with exercises such as push-ups, squats and abs. Our trainers are experienced and skilled and would love to greet you at the gym.

Winning is our motto. We train based on the competition principle! You can start at any level and with our intensive program we will teach you the basic principles within three months. After that, we can start making progress!
