At Zeeuws-Fit, team spirit is central. Kickboxing and functional strength training are a team sport here. Together, we work to make individual progress possible. We offer training for young, old, enthusiastic, less enthusiastic, beginners and advanced. Everyone trains at their own level. We try to keep the threshold to this great sport of kickboxing low and make everyone fitter in our gym.

Khaled Zarin Fighting Center is located in Gorilla Gym and is THE best choice for many martial artists! Khaled Zarin Fighting Center (KZFC) holds the Fighting Sports Authority (VA) Seal of Approval. This means that the gym has demonstrated that we meet the requirements with regard to accommodation and materials, health, sports technical staff, rules of conduct and social standards, and the handling of transgressive behavior. With this hallmark, among others, KZFC knows how to distinguish itself from other martial arts schools in Zeeland. All group lessons focus on kickboxing, boxing and mixed martial arts (MMA). Our professional trainers will push you to your limits in every class so that you make steps forward in every class. DOS is a socially engaged association with members who practice the beautiful (Olympic) sport of boxing. We exist through the voluntary efforts of our members, inside and outside the ring, and are affiliated with the Dutch Boxing Association. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we train in the gym of the community school, on the Nieuw Bonedijkelaan in Vlissingen. Opposite 'the Harlekijn' on the 'Pablo Picassoplein'. During the trainings the focus is on developing boxing technique, condition, strength, speed, explosiveness and timing. Would you like to start boxing?
