Welcome to the Kratéma Gym! Kratéma Gym is a certified Kickboxing and fitness center for adults and youth. Here, sports enjoyment and learning are prioritized. You can kickbox with us for beginner or competition level, we have experience from Thailand (muay thai) and have experience with various kickboxing competitions. Our gym focuses on developing athletes, whether you are a beginner or advanced. Respect is central to us, nobody will look strange if the workouts are too hard, we understand that! Why? Because we all started at some point and know what it's like to have to start over with sports. You will soon become addicted to kickboxing and believe me, once you cross the threshold ... you want more! We are happy to pass on our knowledge to you.

Kickboxing school GymX provides kickboxing training for young and old, from students to neighborhood officers to Dutch champions, at every level. No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome! Currently, we have 80 members and if it's up to us, this number will only continue to grow. We would also like to welcome you to our kickboxing school GymX in Lelystad.

The athlete in us is too often translated to the basic sports such as soccer, swimming and tennis (69% of the population plays at least 12 * per year). However, there is more, our body needs movement and better is a total work-out, SFC wants to contribute to that by offering a complete program of sports which is affordable, practiced in a pleasant atmosphere under professional personal guidance. In addition, SFC wants to make no distinction in age, background and/or personal ability, in short SFC is a gym for everyone. A academia Almere Gezond está localizada no centro de Almere. Na nossa academia você pode fazer treinamento pessoal, treinamento em pequenos grupos e treinamento pessoal em dupla. Também é possível criar um cronograma de esportes/treinamento junto com você. Criamos um cronograma de treinamento personalizado para o corpo. Também é possível criar um plano nutricional de 7 dias.
