In March 2019, we opened our own sports center in the heart of Amsterdam. Our goal is to make as many women and children as possible more resilient, so that they can go through life with a safe and confident feeling. In addition to our self-defense lessons, you can also come to us for high-quality personal training. You will also find various entrepreneurs at our location who are active in the massage, health and beauty industry.

With Amsterdam Kickboxing you train at the nicest places in Amsterdam. For example, the large group training sessions take place on Museumplein under the roof of the Stedelijk Museum. When you choose the smaller group training: DUO training and 4-person training, the location options are more extensive. With a personal training program you will train at an outdoor location of your choice within the ring of Amsterdam. For both DUO training and personal training, Amsterdam Kickboxing also offers the possibility to train indoors.

Spallys is the place to be in Amsterdam for technically challenging and especially fun (personal) kickboxing training. The martial art has become increasingly popular in recent years and is now offered at many gyms as a group lesson. At Spallys, we offer group training and personal kickboxing training at our kickboxing studio in Amsterdam East. Our bootcamps are held in Westerpark, Oosterpark, and Noorderpark in Amsterdam. During a bootcamp, you'll combine running, interval training, and various fitness/bootcamp exercises—guided by experienced trainers and surrounded by a motivating group atmosphere. Mousid Gym is een kleinschalige kickboxgym in Amsterdam Oost met veel persoonlijke aandacht voor onze klanten. Wij zijn al vele tientallen jaren actief met het trainen van wedstrijdvechters. In deze jaren hebben wij vele tientallen A-klassers gecreëerd die landelijk en internationaal vele titels hebben gehaald. In de afgelopen jaren zijn een aantal vernieuwingen binnen onze gym doorgevoerd. Naast de wedstrijdvechters hebben wij veel focus gelegd op nieuwe trainingen voor recreanten, zaktrainingen, personal trainingen, dames lessen en jeugdlessen. Mousid gym is niet uitsluitend voor wedstrijdvechters maar wil hiermee ook recreanten met een ander trainingsdoel (conditieverbetering, afvallen, fit worden, recreatief kickboxen, etc.) verder helpen met dezelfde manier van lesgeven. Wij leggen veel aandacht bij de basis van het kickboksen en vinden het belangrijk op ieder niveau techniek en uitvoering zuiver uit te laten voeren.

Mousid Gym is a small kickboxing gym in Amsterdam East with a lot of personal attention for our customers. We have been actively training competition fighters for many decades. In these years, we have created many tens of A-class fighters who have won many titles nationally and internationally.

Aikido is fun and stimulates your health. You gradually discover what ‘Ki’ is; you become aware of this flow of energy the longer you train. By keeping in touch and ‘staying in your centre’, you learn to neutralise an attack instead of injuring your attacker. Aikido is fascinating to experience. In our dojo we practice aikido under the guidance of Dick Willems Sensei and following the example of Shihan Erik Louw.

At ABOV Amsterdam, we offer cardio-fitness, conditioning, and boxing training. We specialize in boxing training for both competitive and recreational boxers.
