In March 2019, we opened our own sports center in the heart of Amsterdam. Our goal is to make as many women and children as possible more resilient, so that they can go through life with a safe and confident feeling. In addition to our self-defense lessons, you can also come to us for high-quality personal training. You will also find various entrepreneurs at our location who are active in the massage, health and beauty industry.

The school of NOC*NSF nationally recognized BJJ trainer/coach Raoul Hiwat is affiliated with the Rickson Gracie International Jiu-Jitsu Association, which is led in the Netherlands by Harold Harder.

At ABC, our emphasis lies in harnessing two fundamental human adaptations: biomechanical and metabolic. Biomechanical adaptation underscores strength, while metabolic adaptation addresses conditioning. Our methodology is founded on traditional principles, particularly in barbell lifts, proven highly effective for conditioning and performance enhancement. We pride ourselves on offering personalized guidance tailored to your evolving needs as you advance on your training journey.
