In March 2019, we opened our own sports center in the heart of Amsterdam. Our goal is to make as many women and children as possible more resilient, so that they can go through life with a safe and confident feeling. In addition to our self-defense lessons, you can also come to us for high-quality personal training. You will also find various entrepreneurs at our location who are active in the massage, health and beauty industry.

At Mejiro Gym Amsterdam you can find an all-round kickboxing training at amateur level as well as on a professional level. During this course you’ll learn the famous ‘Mejiro-style’. Next to that we offer a kickbox training that is accessible for everyone: young & old, man & woman, beginners & experienced. Kickboxing offers an endurance work-out, prevents stress, helps to loose weight, build up your confidence, adjusts your posture and expression and brings body and mind back together. All trainings are held in a healthy and responsible way.

Taekwon-Do School Amsterdam is a warm club, where everyone counts. Your development is central, no matter how fast you go through your graduations (belts). Learning to defend yourself is just the beginning. By training hard and working towards that next goal, you will meet yourself. That's where your opportunity for personal development lies. And ultimately that radiates out to your environment. Then you will understand what that "Do" is about from "Taekwon-Do". Taekwon-Do School Amsterdam stands for a sportive, pleasant and respectful atmosphere during the lessons. In addition, there are occasional theme trainings, extra trainings for competitions, a festive year-end and so on.
