​Our group classes are focused on the techniques, skills, tactics, and fundamental application of Muay Thai for the ring, fitness, and for self-defense. Punches, elbows, knees, kicks, clinching, sweeps, and sparring are all incorporated into the group classes.

We are the only full time Muay Thai Academy in Hawaii open to all levels of experience. We have youth Muay Thai classes starting at age 6. We offer personal and small group training, nutrition coaching, and group HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes.
