Sam Lung Martial Arts is a school specializing in self-defense and martial arts for young and old. We are an approved training company, are VA accredited and have FOG LMA-A status. We offer courses, workshops, ongoing classes, private lessons and lectures in verbal and physical defenses, krav maga, systema, taekwondo, hapkido, taijutsu (ninjutsu), muaythai boxing, pencak silat, eskrima and pangamot. We also have Ninja Kids classes for the youngest (ages 3 and up).
