KICKTHIS is for anyone who wants to kickbox in a fun but serious way and wants to work on their fitness. We are known for our personal approach, relaxed atmosphere and accessibility. We train hard, but there is also room for humor. There are many trainers with their own style, so there is a lot of variety in the lessons. We have a wide range of classes and a fitness area.

Winning is our motto. We train based on the competition principle! You can start at any level and with our intensive program we will teach you the basic principles within three months. After that, we can start making progress!
