The solution for Glory to get more pepper in the ass of a press conference is to also let the viewer/fan ask and address questions during a press conference that can be done just fine by providing interaction via social media beforehand.

Glory can then do its own shuffling and thus put every fighter in the picture so that not only Rico is in the spotlight, if the press doesn't do it then Glory should bring it closer to the fans.

The fans are ultimately the ones bringing in money, make sure there is interaction between fighters and fans and on top of that questions from the press.
