Terribly unfortunate that Marinho couldn't hold back his laughter when they said Abena had won. I really would have liked to see Mike's reaction, I think that was truly legendary!
Now shouldn't the name On The Couch with Remy & Marinho be changed to At the Table with Remy & Marinho? 😅
Seriously hey, Levi is totally geem topper. I don't think he would even win from kachab. The 2 times against Bahram, bahram was much better. Got lucky in the tournament and got lucky with that cut. Then who did levi beat that people are talking so positively about him. I so can't wait for that match of boapeah:D
Levi escaped a major defeat against Jamal. He would go stretched like D'Angelo Marshall 😆
I really think Jamal, Levi ended his career that night
And how! Especially when you see what Jamal did to Benny after that. Was just scary to see. Many fighters don't come back from a k.o. like that. I actually understand Rico why he'd rather not fight Jamal. That brain damage doesn't outweigh the money (and especially not Glory money). 😆
Folks, what do we expect from Hristov - Kwasi? By bookies and predictions Kwasi is heavily favored, do you all see this the same way?
Kwasi because of his reach, power and unorthodox play. He is very unpredictable. Don't think he loses hisn title 1/2/3. I don't see 1 welterweight winning from him right now.
Kwasi struggled in 5 rounds against Beztati. I hope this time for him that he can really impress 5 rounds. Hristov really shouldn't be underestimated. Kwasi is light favorite in my eyes. But no more than that.
50-50
Initially, I was very positive and objective about the heavyweight tournament.
But when I looked up Sina Karimian on youtube, I was shocked by what I saw. I saw 2 matches of him where he faked that he can't continue fighting after being hit on the back of his head. Please check it out.
How can Glory take such a big risk to let such a fighter enter the tournament? Either that fighter is hard sponsored by Iran/3rd parties, which I don't think or there are really incompetent people working at Glory. Could hardly be otherwise.
And Kachab we don't want to see, his contract has apparently been extended again. Good job Glory, how many times are you going to bump your head on the same pole? My girlfriend doesn't even hug that much.
Sina is mega popular and has more followers of at least 25 others in that tournament. So a little bit like Rajabzadeh. You know it's going to be able to be cheating but it's entertainment.

That clip on Jamal's socials from a few days ago is hilarious though. Such things I miss too much in Glory. Doumbe had a hand in it too. Groenhart in particular really made fun of that one.
On the other hand, Rico will probably call for another suspension for not following the rules.
Cedric Doumbé was the last true champion in Glory. Not only because he beat his opponents, but because he predicted his victories and lived up to his words. His KO in the second round against Murthel Groenhart is the perfect example. Like Alex Pereira, he was a champion who dominated with knockouts, rather than being just slightly better than his opponents on points every time.
In terms of matchmaking, Glory could learn a lot from K-1 there. As Fabrice pointed out, fighters there were sometimes strategically matched. Consider, for example, how Rémy Bonjasky was marketed as a "lesser fighter," something he himself often emphasized. This kind of matchmaking made for spectacle, and we see similar examples now with matchups like Cem vs. Kromah or Boapah vs. Toushasi.
