Since 1984, the kickboxing club Maeng-Ho has been a well-known name in Breda. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gracie Jiu-Jitsu) is a practice-adapted version of traditional Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. Because the techniques are not based on strength and speed, it is possible to defend yourself against a stronger and larger person. This makes it a very suitable system of self-defense for both men, women and children. In addition, you will improve your fitness level in a fun way and increase your self-confidence. Our focus is on self-defense first, but it is also possible to participate in competitions.
