Jake Paul and Andrew Tate's planned influencer super battle, according to Tate, is unlikely to take place. The contentious businessman revealed that there have been numerous conversations going on behind the scenes, but that it is not a "easy process" to finalise the epic showdown.

Last month, Tate and Paul made the announcement that they were planning to fight. The internet went crazy after The Problem Child posted a video of the two men squabbling at a gym in Dubai with the caption "negotiations."

Tate's management then released a statement that said: "Negotiations have started between the two parties, it's a battle the fans have been waiting for, and it's an event the world will remember."

Since then, though, there has been little communication about the battle, and Tate has now stated that talks are stagnating.

In the most recent live stream with Adin Ross, Tate stated, “I don’t think me and Jake Paul are going to fight. There are a lot of negotiations behind the scenes. It’s not a simple process.”

Tate added that there have been multiple private conversations that have proven to be difficult, showing that they are not on the same page. As a result, he does not believe that the two will face off.
