Leeuwarden-based Boxing and Athletics Association (B.A.V.) Frisia was founded in 1933, making it the oldest active boxing school in the Netherlands. The expert trainers are certified and registered with the Dutch Boxing Association. Our boxers perform on national and international level with many champions as a result! Among them; Rudi Koopmans, Lolle van Houten, Johan van der Meulen. During the trainings you build up your condition, learn how to punch and how to cash in.
