Tabonon (Thai Boxing North East Netherlands) is the largest martial arts school in the East of the Netherlands with 67 employees spread over 3 locations. Tabonon offers kickboxing, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), grappling and BJJ. Yoga, strength training and personal training are also offered. Tabonon also offers in-house training as a martial arts teacher (CIOS) and a module the kick of kickboxing (Calo, Windesheim). Tabonon also provides psychomotor therapy, various workshops and children's parties.

Our sports center is located in Ommen and we offer the sports judo, sambo and kickboxing. Everyone is welcome with us, we try to keep the threshold as low as possible. Need more information? Feel free to contact us.

In our training center, we want to train and coach in an "out of the box" way by tapping into inner strengths and focusing on the talents and potential of the participant. Led by Nawid Tahoeni, Pro Elite in Zwolle was created with a clear goal; to put Zwolle and kickboxing back on the map. With our team you have the unique opportunity to train alongside our "Pro" team. Are you a beginner and want to learn from us or just train off the heavy kilos? Or are you a competitive fighter and want to train with guys who look like your opponents in the ring? Whatever your reason, we will help you reach your goals.

Under atmosphere we understand that we like to keep the gym personal, we are a group where everyone belongs. Tabonon is more than just sports, think of the outings or the cozy cup of tea after class. We want our members to be seen and that everyone feels welcome. There are always hostesses or hosts present at the gym who take care of that.
