Mohamed El Bouziri started kickboxing at age 17 at Bully's Gym in Wageningen under the guidance of trainer Charl Hasselaar. After a year of hard training Mohamed was allowed to fight his first match in the novice class. Unfortunately he lost on points. After a month of hard training he could try again, this time with less tension and a good preparation he managed to win on K.O. Mohamed had a taste for it and continued training, always in combination with studying. He went through the N class well and quickly advanced to the C and then B class, here he won some nice tournaments and fought a total of 20 B class matches. When he finished his studies and got a good job, he successfully made his debut in the A class in Lille France at the age of 24. Mohamed has fought matches in Germany, England, Austria, Spain, Belgium, France. In total he has played 50 matches, of which 40 won, 9 lost and 1 undecided. When his then trainer stops teaching in Wageningen, he gets the chance to take over and he does so in 2015. With a number of members who remain members he slowly starts to build a group again and this succeeds, soon there are several groups from young to old. In 2019 he moves the gym to its own location at 122 Nude Park.

Not enough money to practice a martial art?
Together with Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur, Warrior Code wants to make martial arts available to everybody.
Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur makes it possible for children and young people who do not have enough money to participate in kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) or, for example, dance or music lessons. The Jeugdfonds pays the tuition and materials.
