Bahram did reverse and beat heavyweights as a light heavyweight. He won from plazibat earlier, pressed cookie all the way backwards. Lost unfairly to levi during GP and the 2nd match bahram was also just better and has to quit from the doctor.
What has Vakhitov shown in the heavyweight division?

So Melvin did put on quite a bit of weight.
The advantage of those tournaments is that you now filter out those boring matches that you normally throw in the prelims. We have seen too many nonsensical matches in recent years from Khachab, filipovic, Kepenek, Bladiwicz, Laidouni etc.
Now you also immediately see because there is a tournament going on that even a horta and Laidouni suddenly want and can score ko's.
For the heavyweights who are already out, it is going to be difficult to get another shot this year because there is simply no more room. I think that of the heavyweights who lost an Opacic and Krnjic will get another chance. For Khachab, Kepenek, Adegbuyi, Aygun, Primachov it will be tough.
