Boxing and Athletics Association Frisia was founded in 1933, making it the oldest active boxing school in Friesland and even the Netherlands. The expert trainers are certified and registered with the Dutch Boxing Association. Our boxers perform at national and international level with many champions as a result! Among them; Rudi Koopmans, Lolle van Houten, Johan van der Meulen. But also the upcoming talent Farshid Bos with the goal to reach the Olympic Games. During the training you build up your condition, you learn to serve but also to receive.
