At One they let women fight full contact as early as 16 years old so a lot is possible there. I just wouldn't recommend it to her. Enjoy your teenage years and make sure you don't burn out. Then at 22, grab a world title and you can still continue at the high level for 15 years. No need to burn yourself out before the age of 20.
