Fantastic episode! Really a top guy that Murthel. I had the feeling he had a lot more to say and wanted to talk honestly about things that most fighters don't dare to say on camera. That's why it's valuable when the guest gets all the time and space for that and doesn't get interrupted during his sentences haha.
It would also be nice if the comments that are discussed were then really focused on the guest in the future, so that we could submit certain questions or leave them here. I think that could really become the most fun episodes :)
Nice episode with Murthel. He is extremely sharp and honest, also about his own career that makes it so interesting. Hopefully he'll slide in again later.
Not Remy secretly giving Marinho quick tap when he talks without thinking!👀🤦🏽♂️
It was nice to see Murthel with you "AT THE TABLE". Just waiting for 1 week for at least 2.5 hours of content please !!! Very unfortunate that you were not able to discuss everything. I can understand that not every guest wants to spend 3/4 hours with you guys but it is entertaining. I love your chemistry even if I can't take Marinho the most technical analyst very seriously anymore. Just love keep it up🥊
Gentlemen, regarding Doumbe, you didn't give any backlash when Murthel talked about his matches. To marginalize his fighting performance to "only mental" is of course absurd. Doumbe not only mastered the mental game, but in the ring he was lord and master with his technique and KO power. He swept that entire 77 KG division in his years at Glory. I can still hear them eating off the floor there, so clean. Otherwise, top episode.
Wonderful episode gentlemen, Murthel was a super addition! Enormously beautiful and motivating to hear the stories from Murthel, these are those things we want to hear and see. Just those real killer fighters stories, and not those nail polish fighters of today.
Big SO to murthel!
So the misery around poor pay and undervaluation is not something of recent times. It is a missed opportunity by Remy/Marinho to ask on the man what Murthel got per match.
Since Murthel spoke so openly, I won't be surprised if Murthel had simply said what he got per match. Since Murthel is a regular viewer, and probably has an account as well, just drop it in the comments :D
